Ricardo Arjona at 8 could already play the guitar! He was a teenage rebel and school became a problem for him, but not music! Ricardo Arjona enjoyed music! Time went on but he never forgot the idea of becoming a professional singer! At the age of 21, Ricardo Arjona got the opportunity to record his first album "Dejame decir que te amo". It was a bad experience and he decided to leave the music business. He then went on to be a teacher. He was visited from a Ministry of Education representative, who then evaluated the level of education among his pupils. They found that the students' level of education was actually above average.
Ricardo Arjona was also a very talented basketball player, and he played for the team Leones de Marte and TRIAS. He even toured Central America as a member of the Guatemalan national basketball team; until recently he held the record for the most points scored (78) in a single game by a Guatemalan player!
But the music was always in him and decided to try again with the launch of his second album, His musical stamp "Jesus verbo, no sustantivo" a triumph as composer and singer. This album was the most sold in the history of the Latin market for some Central American countries! Now Ricardo Arjona is on tour!
